Hong Kong Filmart 2009
Last week on the 23th March, we attended Hong Kong FILMART 2009 under MDEC and FINAS. The event was held at the Hong Kong Conventional& Exhibition Centre Hall 1 organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council. It was an international event and were participated by many parties from all over the world.
Our aim to this event was to promote our product GENG to the internationalmarket and to distribute theatrically to some of the potential countries.
We held a screening of our full movie there. A company from China like our movie very much and interested to explore the potential ways to bring us into China market. It's not an easy thing to do because China only allow around 20+ foreign films to enter their market every year.
This is our first time participate in a international film market after the launching of Geng locally. Nothing confirmed yet but everything looks very promising.
"I cannot keep up with the english subtitle, but I can enjoy myself very much. The movie brought me back to my childhood!" Quote from one of the people who joined our screening.
Geng is a huge success in local market, it's time for us to bring the movie and show it to the world!!
