In an effort to secure and protect Les’ Copaque’s current and future IPs, we are now looking for individuals interested in the position of legal executive involved in copyrights and trademark issues. The following is the applicant requirements and job scope:-
Responsibilities
- Provide support on matters pertaining to legal requirements for Les’Copaque Production and its
child companies when assigned.

- Draft and review legal agreements and providing general legal advice on commercial agreements.
- Preparing notices and letters as may be assigned from time to time.
- Liaise with external solicitors, suppliers, third parties as and when necessary.
- Handling Trademark Registration for the company’s IP.
- Work closely with the related Ministry officers to handle cases related to company’s IP.
Requirements:
- A recognized Degree in Law from a reputable institution of higher learning
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent organization/prioritization skills
- Acquire own transportation.
- Willing to travel a lot.
- Mature individual, hardworking and able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep knowledge In Laws of Malaysia focusing in Copyright and Trademarks Act.
