LCP new studio (The moving)

Yes you've heard us right. We have just moved to a bigger better office. Thanks to Uncle, everyone works under one roof and have smoother better communication. Plus it's much more fun with everyone nearby. No more LC01 and LC02. Only one strong Les' Copaque Production to finish Geng: The Adventure Begins.

But before we show to you full pictures of the new office, let's have a look of how it was like to move to our new office.


Like any moving process, we first had to clear up the old office, stuff all our belongings (which includes books, papers, figurines, toys, figurines, more toys) into boxes to be shipped. Everything had to be packed. Computer equipment, microphones, mixers, the Television, cupboards, drawers, everything!

And off we go. Mind you everyone has quite a lot of stuff to bring so almost everyone had their own personal boxes.


But before we could start packing our stuff, we had to make sure that everything was cleaned and wiped of dust and dirt, to ensure absolute cleanliness of the new studio. Zaid demonstrates how the keyboard is cleaned (yes with a toothbrush). Ahh such elegance, like a violin player.


While some of us were sad to leave the old office...

Others were excited. Especially Dini.


Some non-fragile stuff were thrown from the window to be caught below. Yes it was quite fun indeed for the people below to play catch.

Shafiq probably had too much fun.


All ze stuff, packed and ready to go on the moving lorry. Don't worry the computers were brought by our own individual cars. Very fragile you know.
And then the office was empty.




Finally Zaid and Faiz gave the last pull of the shutter door, to never be opened again by LCP, bidding farewell to a memorable 2 years experience. Goodbye old office.


Then of course we moved in. Fuad demonstrates how strong he is to the ladies. Everything came in together and everyone was excited with the new look of the office.

We have more space, closer to everyone and though it may seem odd, we were very grateful of the centralized air-conditioning system. The new office is coooold. Everything is great!

Even Atok is happy with his new office.

So there you have it, the moving process of our new studio. When we update next, it will showcase in detail our new studio. Stay tuned!

New recruits

Hi guys. We're sorry for the lack of updates as our new office doesn't have internet connection yet. Anyway, I'd like to introduce to everyone the newest staff to Les' Copaque Productions. These guys have been in LCP for a long time already yet has not been properly introduced.


Here's Kei, Storyboard artist for Geng. She's into anime and smiles a lot. Now with the storyboard for Geng completed, she helps out in the Rendering team along with the other storyboard artists. Kei is a graduate from MMU.


Here's Keng Sun, one of the fastest animators here in LCP. Though smiling in this picture, most of the time he has a blur non-smiling look.


This is Axim. He's dubbed the super-intern as he is doing part-time studies and part-time workign in LCP. He's in the modeling/texturing team. He handles background modeling.


This is Acap, also in the modeling/texturing team. Now character modeling is complete, he joins the rendering team.


This is Saf. He's from Lim Kok Wing and is a padawan of the audio team. He likes to talk about Melbourne (where he studied last). A lot.


This is Ash. He's one of the youngest animators on board and strives to learn from the best. Guess how old he is.

And now for the latest batch of interns, coming all the way from UniKL.


Here is Hassan. Grins a fair bit and animates a lot more.


This is Nizam... er i mean Nazmi. Nazmi/ Wong Fei Hong animates fast.


This is Faizu. We added the 'u' to not confuse with Faiz. He's in the animation team.


This is Ee. This gangster lookalike is in modeling.


Lastly this is Bao. He's also in modeling.

So there you have it the latest recruits. Our team is now expanded to more than 30 people. All that we need to finish the final moments of the Geng Production. Woohooo gogogogo team!

OPIS BARU

Hi...peminat-peminat semua, maaf dah lama cucu-cucu Atok tak tulis kat blog ni. Sebenarnya dia orang terlalu sibuk untuk menyiapkan filem Geng dan berpindah opis. Lepas tu pula, opis baru ni tak line untuk stremix jadi takde internet. Hanya bulan depan saja kita boleh dapat sdsl line untuk internet. Jadi tunggulah mereka dapat internet baru boleh tulis banyak-banyak.
